Shipping
We ship our products internationally. For international orders we use standard local shipping post services. The Unique Stories’s processing time of orders is 1 / 3 working days.
If Unique Stories receives incorrect invoice or delivery information, it may refuse to honor the delivery, without this being considered a breach of the contract or it may establish a new term for the fulfillment of that order.
For international orders, custom charges may occur. We have no control and cannot be held responsible if these charges occur and how much the charges are.
In countries outside the European Union, in addition to the value of the package, customs duties need to be paid. These are extra fees to product and shipping cost and are not included in the amount displayed and paid at checkout, being specific to each destination.
Orders are delivered by Post from Monday to Friday, to the address mentioned in your order. Weekends and legal holidays are not considered working days. We have no control over post services and can‘t influence their working processes. Once the item has been shipped, the logistics provider is held responsible for shipped items. We are also not responsible for delays caused by the partner courier company. The delivery time is generally maximum 2 days from the moment the package is shipped, but these terms can be exceeded in certain cases such as promotional periods, holidays or periods when the roads are impractical (floods, massive snowfall, etc.).
If the customer was unable to pick up the parcel from the post office, and the goods were returned to the sender, re-sending is carried out at the expense of the client. The second shipment is paid a second time.
Returns
We do not accept returns for:
Products which have been used
Products acquired from different shops
Products which are not accompanied by a purchase proof (invoice)
Products with any type of damage
If the color, size or product did not satisfy you, you can return it within 5 working days from the date you received it.
The products must be returned in their original packaging, with the invoice attached and they should be in the exact same state in which they were received by the customer. The customer is in charge of shipping taxes, which should be paid in advanced. If you have received a damaged product or a different product than the one you ordered, in this case Unique Stories will be in charge of shipping taxes. We reserve the right to refuse the return only after the products have been verified and do not meet our return conditions, in which case the customer will be in charge of shipping fees.If the return is solved with a refund, it will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer in the return request, within 30 days from the receipt of the products. We do not accept packages with repayment or whose sender cannot be identified. We do not take responsibility for returned parcels who are damaged on dispatch or during transport.
Refund does not include shipping price that was paid, if the shipping has been done.
We can‘t proceed the refund before the arrival of the returned package.
If the package is lost, we can only proceed with the refund after the official confirmation from the post service, which is the result of an investigation application (which can take time up to 2-4 weeks for international orders or 1-3 weeks for orders made in Austria).
We can‘t proceed the refund before this process is finished.
